- Absolutely no food, drink, or water bottles are allowed in the auditorium. We will have ushers monitoring this and you will be asked to leave if these items are found.
- NO SMOKING ON SCHOOL PROPERTY. This auditorium is on a public school campus. Tobacco products are prohibited anywhere on school property; therefore no smoking or other use of tobacco will be allowed inside or outside the building. Alcoholic beverages are also prohibited on campus.
Dates: Thursday, May 8 3-6 year old classes &
Friday, May 9 7 & up classes
When you arrive at the facility, please report to the auditorium immediately. All dancers will sit with their class marked by row in the auditorium. Parents - please do not sit with your child; backstage moms will be responsible for sitting with each class. It is very important that all classes sit together. All dancers should be properly dressed before finding their seat. It is not the responsibility of the backstage moms to dress each dancer. Each parent needs to help his or her own child.
Important announcements will take place before each rehearsal begins at 5:00PM.
After your child has finished all of their dances, you may leave. We suggest that you stay for the entire rehearsal if your child would like to watch the entire show. DANCERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE AUDITORIUM ON RECITAL DAY.
Date: Saturday, May 10, 2008
Please arrive at your designated time. All dancers should report to the cafeteria to find their class. Tables will be marked by class. Please make sure your backstage mom is with the class before leaving your child. After the Award Ceremony at the end of each show, dancers may be picked up in the cafeteria. Men are not allowed in the dressing areas!
Make sure you clean your area before leaving the facility on Recital Day. Pick up any bobby pins, trash, etc. and dispose of in the proper containers.
We encourage all dancers to stay for their show’s award ceremony. All dancers will come back on stage in full costume during this time.
