At this time, costumes have been ordered and full payment is required in February regardless of circumstances. Costume deposits will be charged for drafted from accounts February 10, 2008 along with February tuition. Alterations to costumes are not the responsibility of the studio.

Costumes will be handed out in class the week of March 31 – April 3. One parent per dancer should plan to attend class this week. More specifics will follow soon.
Costume photos are scheduled during class the week of April 21-24. All dancers need to come fully dressed including costume, make-up, and hair. We will not wait for dancers to dress at the studio. We are trying to eliminate all unnecessary dressing preparations. All preparations to costumes should be done at home. Package and pricing info will be available in the lobby soon.
Please remember that forms for recital ads are available in the studio lobby. There is also a sample of last year’s recital program in the lobby for viewing. Deadline for ads is Thursday, March 20. The dancer who sells the most ads will receive a magnificent trophy during their award ceremony. This individual will also receive a free full-page recital ad in this year’s program, free registration fee and free first month's tuition for the 2008-2009 dance season. This dancer will also have first choice of class times during pre-registration for next dance season in April. However, if winner chooses not to register for next year's dance season, registration fee and first month's tuition are null and void.

The studio will be closed Monday, April 7 – Friday, April 11, 2008. Classes will resume on Monday, April 14, 2008. Please remember the studio does not follow all of Charlotte-Mecklenburg School closings. If questionable, call the studio.

If you are interested in R in E annual recital T-shirts, order forms will be available in the lobby soon. Short-sleeve shirts are $14.00 and long-sleeve shirts are $18.00. They will have a full-front logo of the recital theme and the back will include the names of every dancer at R in E. All forms will be due by Thursday, March 20, 2008. This would be a wonderful recital gift.
Attendance is always important; however, it is of greater importance these next few months. Being on time is always a tremendous asset as well. Class time is dedicated to preparing dancers for their recital performance. Please note that
R in E is not closed for teacher workdays or all holidays that the Mecklenburg County Schools respects. If there is ever any question, call the studio.
As last year, we will be providing you the opportunity to purchase participation trophies. All trophies will have to be pre-ordered for engraving purposes. Trophies will have a 9-inch dancer and a nameplate. Trophies are $ 14.00. All order forms must be in by Thursday, March 20. Order forms will be available in the lobby soon.
Please check your dancer's dance bag before leaving the studio to assure each dancer has all of his/her belongings
