2011-12 Dance Season Information

This will serve as your last official “R in E” newsletter for the 2010-2011 Dance Season. Please read carefully. This letter contains very important information concerning the upcoming Recital.

SPRING BREAK

The studio will be closed Monday, April 18– Saturday, April 23.

COSTUME PHOTOGRAPHY

Blair Phillips Photography will be photographing our class and individual photos the week of April 4 - 7 during each class. Miss Tonya’s Monday morning class will take photos Monday, April 4 4:15-4:30PM. Miss Tonya’s Friday morning class will take photos Wednesday, April 6 5:00PM. Miss Jacqui’s Saturday morning class will take photos Wednesday, April 6 6:30PM.

Costume photo participation is not mandatory but appreciated for class photos. We will have photo package options and examples located in the lobby one week before picture week. All dancers need to come fully dressed including costume, make-up applied, and hair styled. We will not wait for dancers to dress at the studio. We are trying to eliminate all unnecessary dressing preparations. All preparations to costumes should be done at home.

Thursday, May 5 for the 7 & up classes &
Friday, May 6 for the 3-6 year old classes

When you arrive at the facility, please report to the auditorium immediately. All dancers will sit with their class marked by row in the auditorium. Parents - please do not sit with your child; backstage moms will be responsible for sitting with each class. It is very important that all classes sit together. All dancers should be properly dressed before finding their seat. It is not the responsibility of the backstage moms to dress each dancer. Each parent needs to help his or her own child.

After your child has finished all of their dances, you may leave. We suggest that you stay for the entire rehearsal if your child would like to watch the entire show. DANCERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE AUDITORIUM ON RECITAL DAY.
