• Parade Fees – There is a parade fee of $10.00/dancer and $5.00 for additional family members. The parade fee helps cover the parade entry fee and our studio float. Parade fees are non-refundable despite weather conditions.
• Float Limitations - Due to the size of our parade float, we are only able to accommodate 60 float riders. This will be restricted to only our 3-6 year old dancers. Sign-ups will begin immediately and will continue until 60 riders have signed up. If interested, please see the office assistant or your child’s dance teacher. All 7-18 year old dancers may participate, but will be asked to dance the parade route instead of ride on the float. All 7 -18 year old dancers will be required to attend a parade rehearsal on Sunday, November 153:00-4:30PM at the studio. Attendance at this rehearsal is mandatory!
• Parent Volunteers - We also need 10 parent volunteers to walk beside the float. If interested, please let the office assistant or your child’s dance teacher know. We will provide you with an "R in E" sweatshirt to wear during the parade. Sweatshirts must be returned at the end of the parade route. Parent volunteers are not required to pay parade fees.
• Parade Attire – All float riders must wear an “R in E” studio sweatshirt with jeans. Toboggans, gloves, and scarves will be allowed on the float. We do ask that dancers layer underneath the sweatshirt so that our studio logo can be seen. Only “R in E” jackets are permitted on the float. All 7-18 year old dancers will be required to wear an “R in E” studio sweat-suit, including sweatshirt and sweat pants. Also available this year is long-sleeve studio t-shirts and short-sleeve fitted t-shirts in case of warm weather on parade day.

Sample sizes for our studio apparel will be available in the studio lobby throughout the month of October. “R in E” cannot take responsibility for incorrect sizing. Order forms are available in lobby wall pockets. Completed forms are due by Friday, October 30, 2009.
