Tymphany Ann Troutman - Owner, Artistic Director
Ms. Tymphany has 36 years of dance training, teaching and performing. In 1993, she received a Bachelor of Creative Arts Degree in Dance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Dance has taken her throughout the southeastern United States, through competitions, conventions, workshops, pageants, college bowl games, and even to the NBA arena. In 1990, Tymphany was chosen, along with 11 others, out of 457 contenders vying to be a member of The Original Charlotte Hornet HoneyBees. Retiring after 2 years, she was chosen as the Choreographer for the 1993 HoneyBee Tryouts, and later named their Business Manager. Presently, she is the master choreographer for Rhythm in Effect's award winning and nationally ranked competition troupes. Her routines have received numerous top rankings from regional and national competitions such as Most Entertaining, Most Dynamic, Distinction in Dance, Top Teacher, Top Choreographer, and various Overall and Platinum scores and performances. Ms. Tymphany resides in Charlotte with her husband, Brandon, and her sons, Devin and Braylon.

Michele Benton Edwards - Owner, Artistic Director
Ms. Michele has 28 years of dance training, teaching, and performing. She is also a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completing her Bachelors Degree in 1998. Michele began her dance career at the age of 3 at Pegge’ Lee School of Dance in Concord, NC. She was the 2nd recipient in 50 years, of the Pegge’ Lee Haywood Artistic Achievement Award. Michele was also a former member of the Appalachian State University Dance Team. At their national competition in Daytona Beach, FL, she was selected by the National Dance Association to become a national dance instructor for their summer dance programs. This gave her the opportunity to travel the southern United States teaching participants from various dance teams and dance studios. She was also a former member of the 1996 - 1997 Charlotte Hornet HoneyBees Dance Team and a former member of The Chamber Ballet Theatre. Ms. Michele resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband, Jaren, and children, Finley Claire and Easton Eli.

Anne-Marie Bozzacco - Dance Instructor
Ms. Anne-Marie has 31 years of dance training, teaching, and performing. She is a 1994 graduate of Sam Houston State University receiving a Bachelors Degree with a Minor in Dance. Ms. Anne-Marie graced the NFL arena as a former Original Carolina Panther Top Cat. She is also a former member of Charlotte Rage Dance Team, Houston Oilers Dance Team, and New Orleans Saints Dance Team. She is also a member of American All-Star Staff. Ms. Anne-Marie resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband Mark, and children Antonio, Joshua, and Francesca.

Leslie Bost Wagner - Dance Instructor
Ms. Leslie has 28 years of dance training, teaching, and performing. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, receiving her Bachelors Degree in 2000. Ms. Leslie is a former competitive dancer and member of the UNCW Dance Team. She graced the stages at pageants and dance competitions throughout the state and is a former Miss Teen Cabarrus County. When Ms. Leslie is not teaching dance, she is employed full time as the Office Manager and Marketing Rep. for Blair Phillips Photography, whom we can thank for our amazing dance studio photos. Making time to share her passion for the art of dance and love of children is an example of the commitment she gives to her students. Ms. Leslie resides in her birthplace of Cabarrus County with her husband Chris.

Erica Dewey - Dance Instructor / Zumba
Erica Dewey received a minor in dance from Kutztown University of PA in 2004. While in college she had the opportunity to teach at Dance One Studios in Douglasville, PA for two years. She has trained in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical and hip hop for over 18 years. She competed in numerous dance competitions all over the north east and won Miss Performing Arts at Performing Arts Dance Alliance. Erica has also competed in numerous pageants in the state in Pennsylvania where she held two local titles. She is a professional member of the National Dance Education Organization and a member of the National Dance Association. Erica hopes to not only teach your child to dance but to appreciate it just as much as she does.

Jacquilyn Brown - Dance Instructor
Jacquilyn graduated with a B.A. in Dance Education from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2008. She began her career in dance at the age of 10 at The Dance Centre in Toms River, NJ. In High School, she studied at The Hilton Head Dance Theatre in Hilton Head, South Carolina where she trained under former principle dancer for American Ballet Theatre, Corrina Brock. During her training at Hilton Head Dance Theatre, she performed in the Nutcracker, Cinderella, and Terpisichore. During her college career, Jacquilyn performed in several dance concerts and has worked with guest choreographers Martha Connerton, Jefferey Bullock and Sandra Neels. Jacquilyn is currently working as a dance educator at East Gaston High School in Mt. Holly, North Carolina where she also coaches the school dance team. Jacquilyn is a strong advocate of the arts and continues to share her love of dance with all of her students.

Kelly Muller - Dance Instructor
Ms. Kelly has 25 years of dance training, teaching, and performing experience. She is a graduate of the University of Iowa, where she enjoyed learning about dance history and improving upon her technique. Kelly started out dancing in Illinois where she trained in ballet, tap, jazz, and lyrical. In 1990, she joined a competitive dance team that gave her the opportunity to travel and perform in various competitions and events around the Midwest. During those four years, she performed several times at Walt Disney World, which later led to a year long role as entertainer at the Magic Kingdom. She continued her dance training in Orlando while pursuing her Master's degree in School Counseling at Stetson University. Kelly now enjoys her career as a school counselor, but will always consider dance her lifelong passion. She believes the art of dance gives children confidence, structure and enjoyment! Kelly recently moved to Charlotte with her husband, Brian, and two children, Ethan and Kate.

Camille Hartnett - Dance Instructor
Camille Hartnett has over 30 years of dance training, teaching and
performance experience. Her early dance training began at the age of three in Winston-Salem, NC and later included a scholarship to the North Carolina School of the Arts. Her collegiate dance experience included both performance and teaching degrees from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, over fifty performances with the UNC-G Dance Touring Company and a scholarship to the American Dance Festival at Duke
University. Following college, Camille taught at the Southwest
Guilford High Magnet School in Highpoint, NC where she directed the Southwest Guilford Dance Company. She continued to dance in New York, New Jersey and Chicago, IL where she studied and taught ballroom, swing and Latin dance for seven years.
Camille has taught creative movement, ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern dance, ballroom, swing and Latin dance in public schools, private schools, and private dance studios across North Carolina, New Jersey and Chicago. She is happy to bring her dance experience "back home" to Huntersville, NC where she now lives with her husband, Mike and her two children, Abigail and Gavin.

Antoinette Michelle Guy - Dance Instructor
Ms. Antoinette has 22 years of dance training, teaching and performing. Antoinette is currently attending the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, where she has completed a dance major and is working on her second degree in Graphics Art. Antoinette began her training at the age of 2 at Goodman School of Dance in Concord, NC, later becoming Motion Dance Studio. During her years of training she was fortunate enough to train under a variety of notable teachers and choreographers through master classes, workshops, and summer intensives which has instilled in her a passion for many different styles of dance. Antoinette has danced her way onto a number of competitive stages winning many different awards and titles and has enjoyed dancing with two professional Charlotte performance companies performing throughout the southeast. Antoinette began teaching in 2000 and has taught many different classes in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, contemporary, acrobatics and hip hop for ages 2 through adult. During her career she has also taught master classes, worked with Dance Troupe International as part of their competition staff, and was the lead choreographer for a local high school's performance of "Suessical". Antoinette has a deep love for choreography and has brought many creative award winning numbers to life on both the competitive and performance stage for groups and soloists of all ages.

Tonya Reber - Dance Instructor / Zumba
Ms. Tonya has more than 25 years of dance training, teaching and performing in ballet, tap, jazz, and group exercise. She received her undergraduate nursing degree from the University of Michigan and her Masters Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. Her nursing career has focused on pediatric critical care, as well as teaching in various nursing programs. During her nursing studies Tonya continued studying dance at the University of Michigan-School of Dance. While there she attended a master class led by the legendary “Gene Kelly” and was chosen by him to perform his choreography. She has also performed on the Nationally Televised Show “Dance Fever” in Hollywood, CA as well as numerous pageants, recitals, and variety shows over the years. She has been teaching group fitness classes for 15 years and is thrilled to share her version of Zumba with the community. Tonya has a passion for the world of Dance and would love to share that passion with you and your child! She resides in Lincoln County with her husband Scott and children, Gavin and Madelyn.
